JOB SUMMARY:

Mobility team is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. This Mobility Quality, Innovation & Capability Development Associate Manager role is to support our global Quality, Innovation & Capability Development Program to ensure we are consistent in (global) process execution across locations, avoid variability in service quality, reduce compliance risks, and have an agile training initiative tailored to address specific day to day challenges. Also, will support to drive the Innovation program across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage process audits from a quality perspective to ensure the quality systems are being implemented consistently and effectively.
  • Implement the basic quality and continuous improvement framework for the processes based on Six Sigma.
  • Design, develop and implement quality framework covering all the services rendered by Mobility team.
  • Work within Key Customer Group and the appropriate teams to drive the continuous improvement agenda in the end-to-end process.
  • Building out Innovation capabilities and fostering an open, idea-friendly culture. Help drive Innovation-related processes, with openness for ideas and bias towards action for idea implementation.
  • Conduct regular brainstorming sessions in the team to identify the process gaps and work towards resolution.
  • Collaborate and work with all the stakeholders to identify the process gaps and establish the quality metrics / controls.
  • Drive the implementation of quality related initiatives, and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate process audits from a quality perspective to ensure that the quality systems are being implemented consistently, effectively and identify corrective action plan.
  • Support in tracking the performance against program objectives and implementing improvement initiatives to achieve the objectives.
  • Should continuously learn the process to keep updated about the changes that helps during the audits.
  • Establish Quality reporting for all metrics and publish the dashboard to supervisor and respective managers.
  • Be open to providing guidance, training, and support to global/local colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery. Contribute actively towards creating a collaborative, forward-looking and positive work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records/reports on Quality, Innovation, Capability Development and client satisfaction metrics as required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new technologies to enhance the Quality process.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
