Key Responsibilities-

Media & PR (External Communications):

Develop and execute U.S.-focused media and communications strategies to increase TAC Securitys and CyberScope visibility.

Manage relationships with top-tier U.S. media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies.

Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought-leadership articles.

Support corporate announcements (e.g., bonus issue, partnerships, product launches) with U.S. media coverage.

Align messaging with global brand and regulatory requirements.

Investor Relations (Capital Markets):

Act as a bridge between TAC Security, CyberScope and U.S. investors, analysts, and financial media.

Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, fact sheets, press releases, and FAQs.

Coordinate financial communications, earnings releases, and analyst briefings.

Monitor U.S. market sentiment, investor queries, and competitor communication strategies.

Support the leadership team during U.S. roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.

Cross-functional Leadership:

Work closely with CEO, Chief of Staff, Finance, and PR/IR advisors.

Ensure consistency of key messages across press, social media, and investor channels.

Provide insights to leadership on U.S. capital market trends and media opportunities.
