Job Description
Understanding of land title and due diligence aspects.
Drafting land acquisition/sale/leasing/licensing documentation with minimal supervision.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating other commercial contracts for the business, including service agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, loan documents, NDAs, marketing agreements, etc.
A bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Has an open mind to understand that the role may evolve as per the evolving needs of the growth of Lodha Group
