Legal expert (Gender Neutral) for our Green Steel Business:

A Graduate / Postgraduate in LAW with 5-8 yrs of Corporate Legal experience in Steel Industry dealing with various legal contracts, Drafting of Agreements related to regulatory, commercial, green bonds, commodity indexes etc.

Support in obtaining necessary statutory approvals, licenses required for setting up of green steel manufacturing. Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure contract closure within stipulated timelines.

Legal vetting of various contract related to Equipment supply, Order Off-take Agreements, etc. highlight legal risk and facilitate mitigation by working closely with Corporate Legal Team.
