Job Summary

We are seeking a globally experienced Corporate Counsel with a strong background in both in-house counsel roles and litigation practice across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, manage complex legal matters, and support cross-border business operations while navigating diverse legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
• Represent and support the organization in international arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution
• Advise on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
• Coordinate with external counsel and international stakeholders as needed
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions
• Deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions to internal teams
• Ensure alignment of legal strategies with organizational objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Laws - LLB
• Admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions (preferred)
• Proven experience in both in-house legal roles and litigation practice
• Strong exposure to international and cross-border legal matters
• Demonstrated success handling arbitration, corporate transactions, and governance issues
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
