Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in Corporate Law to provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The role involves advising the management team on corporate governance, M&A, contracts, compliance matters, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven legal experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or large-scale corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage IT and technology contracts, including MSA, NDA, SOW, SLA, Licensing, Vendor and Client Agreements.
• Handle complete contract management processes from initiation to execution and renewal.
• Provide legal support on commercial, corporate, and contractual matters.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and risk management standards.
• Work closely with business, procurement, sales, and technology teams to support commercial objectives.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Support corporate governance and internal compliance requirements as needed.
