Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa, located in Mumbai. The Corporate Lawyer will manage legal and regulatory affairs, provide legal advice, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and represent the organization in legal matters. Responsibilities include advising on corporate governance, handling intellectual property rights and resolving any legal disputes related to the business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract drafting, contract review, and negotiations
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct legal research
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in intellectual property law and dispute resolution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with a valid license to practice law
• Work experience in corporate law or a similar legal capacity
