Job Title: Corporate Lawyer (Full-Time | In-Office)

Salary: 80,000 1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our organization on a full-time, in-office basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and minimizing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle company registrations, filings, and liaison with government authorities.
• Provide legal advice to management on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance matters.
• Manage disputes, legal notices, and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Assist in policy drafting, internal legal documentation, and compliance frameworks.
• Stay updated with changes in corporate and commercial laws affecting the business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• Minimum 37 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and labor laws.
• Experience in drafting and vetting legal agreements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with startups or product-based companies.
• Understanding of compliance, corporate structuring, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
