Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Marketing Communications located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of marketing communication strategies to enhance brand positioning, increase guest engagement, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include leading public relations activities, managing strategic communication plans, collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, and overseeing advertising and promotional campaigns. The successful candidate will also build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that communications align with the companys vision and goals.
Job Description
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
1.Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in alignment with hotels revenue goals.
2.Strengthen the brand positioning of the hotel in the local and international markets.
3.Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
1.Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content).
2.Manage website content, promotions, and booking engine optimization.
3.Oversee online reputation management through guest reviews, OTAs, and digital PR.
Campaigns, Promotions & Events
1.Plan and execute creative campaigns to drive room bookings, F&B promotions, spa, banquets, and events.
2.Partner with PR agencies, influencers, and media to enhance hotel visibility.
3.Design seasonal and festive promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
1.Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
2.Monitor and analyze marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and guest acquisition costs.
3.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on new initiatives.
Collaboration & Partnerships
1.Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to support tactical initiatives.
2.Establish partnerships with airlines, corporates, travel agencies, and lifestyle brands.
3.Develop CSR and community engagement programs to strengthen brand goodwill
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Communication and Marketing Communications, with the ability to develop clear, impactful messages for various audiences.
- Experience in Marketing and Strategic Communications to lead campaigns and align communication with business objectives.
- Proven skills in Public Relations and media engagement to effectively enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Solid project management, leadership, and team collaboration abilities to drive marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
- Proficient in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize promotional efforts is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
