Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the West Zone.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and present customized gifting solutions to meet client needs and budgets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations.
- Collaborate with the category, marketing team to develop innovative gifting concepts.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Required Qualification
- 2-6 years of experience in corporate gifting sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the West Zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the gifting industry is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
