Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Corporate Gifting Manager. The Corporate Gifting Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, designing customized gifting solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and driving the growth of the corporate gifting line through strategic planning and marketing efforts. The role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to meet client expectations and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, client communication, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in marketing strategies, business development, and market trend analysis
• Strong organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management software tools is a plus
• Proven ability to create innovative corporate gifting solutions tailored to diverse client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the corporate gifting or hospitality industry is an added advantage
