Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in T24 Regulatory and Compliance R20 Statutory Compliance and Compliance Management. This role requires proficiency in English Hindi and Tamil. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of T24 Regulatory and Compliance R20 processes.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance management systems to support corporate goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive measures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on compliance topics for staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.

  • Possess a strong understanding of T24 Regulatory and Compliance R20 processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in compliance management systems and practices.
  • Show excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Tamil.
  • Have a proven track record of conducting compliance audits and assessments.
  • Display the ability to develop and deliver effective compliance training programs.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
