Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive strategic financial planning for the units managed by Sarovar Hotels . The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Financial systems within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency at the units.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives for the units.
• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L statements and balance sheets at Hotel units.
• Ensure that units adhere to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Travel to units and run complete analysis of financial operations of the units.
• Assist the unit HOD's with the query, problems and suggestions related to financial challenges.
• Monitor liquidity and ensure efficient fund allocation.
• Leverage IDS financial systems for streamlined accounting and reporting at the units.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or MBA in Finance (Preferred).
• Minimum 07 years in core finance operations with reputed hospitality brands.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of IDS Systems & financial management tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS office suite and Data visualization.
• Should be open to travel extensively Pan India or abroad.
