Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Build a complex financial model to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions
• Manage Capital allocation, analyse growth opportunities and potential risk
• Lead cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund allocation.
• Analyse financial performance and share insights with the senior leadership team
• Balancing Debt and Equity financing
• Work closely with the CEO and Directors during investor meetings and funding rounds
• Working Relationship with VC, Bank and NBFC

Competencies

• Communication skills to present complex financial data and models to stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build complex financial models
• Evaluating investment opportunities and capital raising

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA in Finance is a plus
• 36 years of experience in corporate finance, business finance, or FP&A roles
• Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and analytical tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good understanding of investor reporting, due diligence, and compliance
• Ability to work directly with founders/leadership and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and presentation skills
