Key Responsibilities

  • Lead debt and/or equity fundraising initiatives
  • Prepare financial models, projections, and investor presentations (IM, pitch decks)
  • Liaise with banks, NBFCs, PE/VC investors, and financial institutions
  • Manage due diligence processes and data room coordination
  • Structure funding proposals, term sheets, and negotiate key terms
  • Monitor covenant compliance and post-funding reporting requirements
  • Support valuation discussions and investment structuring
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external advisors during transactions
  • Track market trends and funding opportunities
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models (3-statement models, cash flow models, project finance models)
  • Prepare detailed revenue, cost, and profitability projections. Preparation of CMA/projections/cash budgets and detailed lender information packages for fundraising proposals.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Fund Raising
  • Strong experience in debt syndication, private equity, or venture capital funding
  • Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
