Manage and maintain relationships with domestic lenders (both public and private sector) including banks, financial institutions etc.
Coordinate fund-raising activities including term loans, working capital facilities and structured finance
Review financial models, CMAs, information memorandums, and credit proposals for lenders
Work closely with legal, treasury, and business teams on financing transactions
Coordinate with various consultants including but not limited to TEV, legal consultants, security trustees, financial advisors, credit rating agencies etc. for financing transactions
Support loan documentation, negotiations, and compliance with financing terms and covenants
Monitor and track banking exposure across lenders, facilities, and entities to ensure optimal utilization and risk control
Liaise with banks for sanctions, renewals, and enhancements of credit facilities
Ensure timely submission of information to lenders
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies
Preparation of various management MIS
