Role Description
Oh Yes Events is looking for a dynamic professional who can drive corporate event business growth while managing successful event execution.
This role requires someone who can identify potential corporate clients, convert leads into business, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality events.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding our corporate events vertical, handling everything from client acquisition to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and approach corporate clients, brands, HR teams, and marketing departments
Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry connections
Conduct client meetings and understand event requirements
Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close corporate event projects
Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams for production, decor, logistics, and vendor management
Ensure smooth communication between clients and execution teams
Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Oversee on-ground event execution and ensure quality delivery
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships
Maintain strong communication and ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
37 years experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or event sales
Strong network with corporate decision makers
Experience handling corporate conferences, product launches, brand activations, or employee engagement events
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
