Job Title: Corporate Editor – Zee Business (Mumbai)

Job Summary:

Zee Business is seeking a seasoned Corporate Editor with a strong background in financial journalism, corporate reporting, and editorial leadership. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of corporate and market news, and experience working across TV, digital, and print formats. You will be responsible for driving insightful and high-quality corporate coverage that aligns with Zee Business's editorial vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead editorial planning and execution for corporate and market-related content on Zee Business.
• Ideate, script, and edit special shows, news bulletins, and features on corporate developments.
• Collaborate with reporters, anchors, and producers to deliver accurate, timely, and impactful news content.
• Oversee visual and editorial inputs for live broadcasts and special programming.
• Monitor developments in industry, economy, mobility, and defence sectors for relevant corporate stories.
• Ensure compliance with editorial standards and fact-checking protocols.
• Act as a liaison between the newsroom and bureau teams to ensure coherent and consistent content delivery.
• Contribute to digital content development including Op-eds and web features when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 10+ years in journalism with a strong focus on financial and corporate reporting. Prior experience at business news networks is preferred.
• Education: PG Diploma in Journalism (preferably from IIMC or similar institutions). Additional certification in Public Policy is a plus.

• Expertise in TV and digital newsroom workflows

• Excellent editing and content ideation skills

• Knowledge of live broadcast tools (e.g., iNews)

• Strong understanding of market trends, public policy, and corporate affairs

• Language :  Hindi
