Role-Corporate Development Manager - Strategic M&A & Investments

Location: Noida

Role Summary

We are seeking an analytical and businesssavvy professional to support our Corporate Development team in evaluating and executing strategic M&A and financial investments across our internetbusiness portfolio. You will conduct indepth analysis, streamline deal execution, and support deal activities to accelerate Times Internets growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate clear investment thesis, establish target criteria, and use them to source high-fit opportunities in line with our strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate on deal sourcing: research, screen, and qualify highpotential M&A and investment opportunities tailored to our strategic roadmap.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario, and sensitivity analyses) to assess valuations and forecast operational performance.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence (financial, commercial, and management), liaise with external advisors, and summarize key findings for executive review.
• Support integration planning and execution: defining KPIs, tracking synergy realisation, and feeding insights back into future deal flow.
• Provide strategic market/competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA/CA is a plus.
• 13 years experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate development, or corporate finance, ideally within Internet/tech sector
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
• Strong business acumen: ability to connect strategic priorities with financial outcomes.
• Excellent problemsolving, attention to detail, and ability to work across teams in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
