Corporate Development Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Corporate Development Senior Analyst/Associate to support strategic initiatives including capital raising, financial analysis, and investor engagement. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, sharp storytelling ability, and experience delivering senior-stakeholder-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support capital raising and corporate strategy initiatives

Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses

Create high-quality pitchbooks and investor presentations for different audiences

Design and deliver client-ready analyses for internal and external stakeholders

Develop clear, compelling business narratives backed by data

Work cross-functionally with leadership and external advisors

Qualifications & Experience:

34 years of experience in top consulting firms or investment banking (Sr. Analyst / Associate level)

Strong expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and data-driven decision making

Very high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
