Job Description:

This role seeks a financial expert skilled in Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, and Debt Restructuring to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, assessing risks, structuring transactions, and ensuring compliance with credit policies. The candidate will analyse financial documents, manage the end-to-end sanction-to-disbursement process, prepare CAM and risk reports, and meet monthly revenue, sanction, and disbursement targets while staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

Strong knowledge of Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring to support tailored financial solutions.

Proven ability to conduct due diligence, assess financial risks, and structure transactions effectively.

Coordinate with lenders and investors to ensure alignment with suitable partners while adhering to credit policies and company standards.

Analyze sanction letters, SOAs, valuation reports, financial statements, etc. to make informed decisions, with a deep understanding of credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, and industry best practices.

Support the end-to-end process from sanctioning to disbursement, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with agreed terms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of debt transactions.

Conduct credit evaluation, risk assessment, and financial analysis to support lending decisions.

Prepare detailed CAM reports, financial summaries, and risk reports to provide clear insights and support decision-making.

Stay updated on industry trends, market risks, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely insights.

The candidate must consistently meet or exceed monthly targets in terms of revenue generation, sanctions, and disbursements.

Skills & Abilities:

Ensure strict compliance with risk policies, financial covenants, and regulatory requirements.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, investor discussions, and business-related engagements.

Consistently meet and exceed task and performance targets in alignment with company objectives.

Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to company values and goals.

Qualifications:

M.B.A. in Finance or equivalent degree, CA or CFA (Qualified or Pursuing).

Diploma in Corporate Financing would be an added benefit.
