Corporate Communications Specialist

Experience & background

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a closely related role
• Proven experience owning and managing internal communications channels in a growing, multi-team organization
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Background in technology, consulting, or professional services environments preferred

Core skills

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to turn complex or ambiguous inputs into clear, structured messages
• Strong editorial judgement, including tone, clarity, and consistency across internal communications
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple communication streams
• Ability to influence, guide, and challenge stakeholders without formal authority
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Channel & tools experience

• Hands-on experience owning and managing SharePoint or similar intranet platforms
• Strong experience using Microsoft Teams as a corporate communications channel
• Experience managing corporate internal email communications and announcements
• Comfort working across Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms
