About the Role

Shape SCGs voice in India across internal and external communications . You will craft content, support campaigns and events, coordinate media/agency partners, and ensure messaging is consistent with SCGs regional brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content for announcements, thought leadership, case studies, and executive messaging.
• Manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, townhalls) to drive employee engagement.
• Support external communicationspress materials, media coordination, campaign assets.
• Partner with business leaders to spotlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
• Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and learnings.
• Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows.
• Provide support on issues/crisis communications as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Communications/PR/Journalism or related field; portfolio or writing samples helpful.
• Strong writing/editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
• New graduates with excellent writing and initiative are welcome to apply.
