What You'll Actually Do

• Draft internal and external communications think leadership messages, company announcements, and brand narratives
• Help develop corporate decks, capability documents, and positioning content for clients across sectors
• Support the team in managing communication around events, partnerships, and media moments
• Research industry trends, competitor messaging, and stakeholder landscapes to feed into strategy
• Assist in building communication frameworks for clients from startups finding their voice to established companies refining theirs

You won't be handed a template and told to fill in the blanks. You'll learn why certain words land and others don't and how to make that judgment yourself.

This Role Is for You If:

• You've recently graduated (or are about to) in communications, journalism, English, business, or a related field
• You're based in Delhi NCR and can work from our Gurgaon office daily
• You think clearly and write even more clearly
• You'd rather understand strategy than just execute tasks
