About the Role

We are looking for an experienced corporate business development professional to drive partnerships with HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards leaders across enterprises. The role focuses on introducing and scaling employee-focused financial solutions including Corporate NPS, Corporate Mutual Fund programs, Tax Filing support, and Financial Planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate understands enterprise HR priorities around employee financial wellness, tax optimization, and benefits structuring, and has proven experience building long-term partnerships with HR leadership teams.

510 years of experience in corporate business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales for HR & Payroll solutions is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise partnerships with HR, Payroll, and Benefits leaders to introduce and scale Corporate NPS, Corporate Mutual Funds, Tax Filing, and Financial Planning programs
• Own the complete business development cycle prospecting, consultative selling, negotiations, closures, and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, and Rewards teams to position financial wellness as a strategic employee benefit
• Identify opportunities within compensation structures for tax optimization and enhanced employee financial benefits
• Manage key corporate accounts, ensure program adoption, and track pipeline, partnerships, and revenue performance
