Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, managing budgets, and processing invoices as per the set processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review contracts with Head of project management & design management.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented.
- Maintain and update contract records and documentation.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Address any issues or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Invoice Processing:
- Process invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Verify and approve invoices for payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the project.
- Budget Control and Monitoring:
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor expenses and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and projects.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status and financial performance.
- Address any concerns or queries from stakeholders promptly.
