Overview:
Jefferies Global Access team is seeking a highly motivated, detailoriented professional to join us in a newly created role focused on coordinating and managing Corporate Access (CA) event and consumption data. This role will be central in aligning standardized reporting across all business users, driving improvements to systems and workflows and supporting both internal and external marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding on the fundamentals of Corporate Access Company Marketing (Non-Deal Roadshow), Bespoke Trips, Group Trips Conferences and Expert Events. This role will ask you to analyse (and potentially clean) the consumption data and proactively analyse the data / supporting the growth or our corporate access product globally.
Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
- Data Coordination & Management: Maintain accurate Corporate Access resourcing data, including investor consumption and corporate engagement metrics across all event types. Advanced Excel skills are essential for managing complex datasets and analysis.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate detailed management reports and performance analysis, highlighting trends, insights and key metrics for buyside clients, corporates and internal stakeholders in research and sales.
- Client Interaction Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to gather postevent feedback, enhancing the depth and quality of client communications.
- Marketing Support: Partner with sector originators to design and update pitch materials, presentations and other collateral that drive client engagement and business development.
- CrossFunctional Alignment: Liaise with other business analysts for consistent downstream use of CA data in external distributions to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- System Development: Work with Corporate Access leads and internal technology teams to create efficient systems for data collection, storage and retrieval.
- Global Data Alignment & Ownership: Collaborate closely with the European Corporate Access Data Lead, with the intention of eventually taking ownership of the US data product. Drive alignment of all regional data under the unified Global Access framework.
Key Skills:
- 13 years of experience in the Global Access Division.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
- Proven experience in investment banking, corporate access or equity research, with emphasis on data management, reporting and analysis.
- Strong ability to work as an entrepreneurial operator and independent thinker with a solutionsfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work crossfunctionally across geographies and time zones.
- Willingness to work offshore hours when required to support global operations.
- Experience in project management and technology implementation is a plus.
