The Ventures & Acquisitions team is part of our Global Corporate Development team and works with our senior business leaders to identify, acquire and integrate companies. Strategic acquisitions help Accenture enter and scale in priority growth offerings, which mean the target companies are often in the most exciting and pioneering capabilities.

You will be collaborating with business strategy teams, analyzing target companies for suitability, researching priority market sectors, building business cases to support outreach and manage pipeline. The successful candidate would have an inquiring mind and be curious to learn about Accentures new and pioneering offerings which help our clients drive innovation and value.

Job Description

AsanAnalyst,you will be a member of aCorp Devteam focused on performing M&A marketresearchassessmentsfor a broad spectrumof industries.

You will report to the Manager of Market Due Diligence and will be part of a growing global and multicultural team.Long-term,you may havethe opportunity to gain experience in adjacent disciplinesacrossthe M&A lifecycle, such asdeal execution, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.

Market due diligence includes:

• Primary and secondary research and analysis ofearly-stage acquisition companies across different business strategic sectors, e.g., digital, technology, consulting.
• Gather information, perform basic analysis on information gathered to provide meaningful insights, andorganize findingsinto a compelling report.
• Act as a consultant by assessingcompaniesstrategic/commercial fit, identifying financial risks and opportunities

• Leverage data analytics and data visualization techniques to enhancereporting workflow
• Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities.
• Creating dashboards/presentations on ongoing acquisition activities in the market
