Position Details

• Role: Subject Matter Expert (Technical & Domain)
• Experience: Minimum 6+ Years
• Work Location: Gurugram
• Work Mode: Work from Office (As per Indian Banking Working Calendar)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or Maximum 30 Days

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech (Any Stream)
• OR
• M.Sc (IT) / MCA - Degree must be from a recognized College/University approved by AICTE
• Mandatory: Any certification related to the Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for core banking and digital banking applications
• Perform functional testing of core banking systems and integrated applications
• Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases
• Provide domain guidance and technical inputs to testing and project teams
• Validate end-to-end banking workflows and customer journeys
• Support SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production support activities
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Participate in defect analysis, root cause analysis, and solution validation

Domain & Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in functional testing of Core Banking Applications
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following:
• Loans
• Core Banking Systems (CBS)
• Digital Journeys
• Internet Banking (IB) / Mobile Banking (MB)
• Payments Applications
• Good understanding of banking processes, integrations, and interfaces
• Ability to review functional specifications, BRDs, and FSDs from a domain perspective

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor junior team members and provide domain support
• Experience working in banking projects aligned with Indian banking standards
