As a Copywriter Ads, you will be responsible for writing high-converting promotional copy for social media ads, landing pages, video scripts, and marketing campaigns. Working in a creative marketing team, youll craft engaging narratives that attract, engage, and convert potential business owners into program participants.

Academic Qualification: Bachelors in Mass Communication/Journalism or any Copywriting course

Desired Experience : 1-3 years in advertising, marketing, or agency-side copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft Crisp and Persuasive Narratives: Develop short, attention-grabbing ad copies that hook audiences within seconds.

Drive Concepts to Content: Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life through powerful messaging.

Create Engaging Multi-Platform Content: Write for promo videos & social ads.

Pitch and Refine Ideas: Present content ideas to the creative team, incorporate feedback, and optimize for performance.

Stay Updated on Social Trends: Monitor trends across Facebook, Instagram,YouTube and LinkedIn.

Maintain a Unique Brand Voice: Collaborate with designers and strategists to ensure a consistent and compelling brand tone.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or agency-side copywriting.

Strong command of English with expertise in crafting high-impact advertisement copy.

Deep understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and engagement tactics.

Experience in creating performance-driven ad content that boosts conversions.

Basic knowledge of video shoots is a plus.

A strong creative point of view with the ability to collaborate and adapt based on feedback.
