Job Description
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Copywriter to join our marketing team. The role focuses on crafting high-impact ad scripts and copy for performance-led campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Google. The ideal candidate blends sharp storytelling with data-driven optimization to drive conversions and scale campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused video ad scripts with strong hooks and retention strategies, optimized for platform-specific formats.
- Develop clear, impactful copy for paid social and search campaigns that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and audience behavior, and translate insights into effective creative concepts.
- Track key performance metrics, identify creative improvement areas, and continuously iterate scripts and copy to enhance results.
- Work closely with designers and video editors to ensure seamless execution of scripts into compelling visuals and videos.
- Participate in shoots to guide execution and ensure alignment with the creative vision and campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and refine creative strategy over time.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Copywriting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in copywriting, preferably in performance marketing or with D2C brands (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Google Ads, including creative best practices.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with analytical, data-backed decision-making.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi with strong narrative and persuasion skills.
