Copywriter

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter & Content Writer with a strong background in the insurance industry and hands-on experience in scriptwriting . The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex insurance concepts into engaging, clear, and impactful communication across formats. This is a fully on-site role based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for insurance-related content across websites, blogs, brochures, emailers, landing pages, and social media.
• Write compelling scripts for product videos, explainer videos, brand films, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to create content that aligns with brand tone, business goals, and compliance guidelines.
• Translate complex insurance products and processes into easily understandable narratives.
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing content-led campaigns.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to strengthen content quality.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 25 years of experience in copywriting/content writing specifically within the insurance or BFSI sector .
• Strong understanding of insurance products, terminology, customer journeys, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience in scriptwriting for marketing videos or educational content.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune, Monday to Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with creative agencies or in-house marketing teams.
• Understanding of digital performance metrics and content optimization.
• Ability to generate creative ideas for video content and campaigns.
