Working with 2,500+ brands globallyincluding Amazon, Google, Adobe, HDFC Bank, and AdaniPepper enables end-to-end content creation across formats, platforms, and industries.
Pepper seeks a creative and strategic Copywriter to drive campaign and BAU content across brands in our marketplace ecosystem. This role supports multiple client mandates by crafting high-impact, platform-specific copy that aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and performance goals.
This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead copy development for campaign and BAU content across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Write platform- and brand-specific copy for social media (organic & paid), websites, and digital campaigns.
- Conceptualise campaign ideas, key messages, and storytelling frameworks in collaboration with designers and strategists.
- Create performance marketing copy focused on conversions, CTRs, and audience engagement.
- Develop product, packaging, and e-commerce copy, including brand store and marketplace creatives.
- Write website and landing page content aligned with brand positioning and user journeys.
- Create scripts for product videos, explainer videos, AI-led videos, and corporate/stock videos.
- Develop recipe and product usage scripts where applicable.
- Support basic content planning and ideation, aligning with campaign objectives and timelines.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for content creation, optimisation, and ideation while maintaining quality and originality.
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and account managers to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting for digital brands, agencies, or content platforms.
- Strong experience writing campaign-led and performance-driven copy.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing funnels, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging across brands, formats, and platforms.
- Experience working closely with design and video teams in an agency or fast-paced setup.
- Strong command of language, storytelling, and brand voice development.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
