Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Copywriter to develop clear, compelling and brand-consistent copy across platforms. The role requires strong writing fundamentals, an understanding of marketing objectives and the ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences.

You will work closely with marketing, design, performance and program team to create content that drives engagement, consideration and action.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality copy for ads, emails, social media, and campaign assets
• Develop messaging aligned with brand voice, positioning and business objectives
• Create short-form and long-form content , adapting tone for different platforms and funnels
• Support performance marketing with conversion-focused ad copy and CTAs
• Translate complex information into clear, persuasive communication
• Review and refine copy based on feedback, data and campaign performance
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in copywriting, content or brand communication
• Strong command over English (grammar, structure, clarity)
• Ability to write for both brand and performance-driven communication
• Experience with digital-first content (web, social, ads, email)
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and messaging strategy
• Ability to take briefs, ask the right questions and deliver independently

Good to Have

• Exposure to campaign thinking and storytelling
• Ability to write in Hinglish or regional nuance
• Exposure to full-funnel marketing and brand-building
• Any experience with content creation or influencer marketing
