Copy Supervisor

We're looking for a Creative Supervisor to join our team in Mumbai. Someone who brings a serious love for the craft of advertising. If youve shaped narratives for brands from different sectors and know how to bring bold ideas to life across digital platforms, this ones for you.

What Youll Do:

• Understand brand tone, business objectives, and audience needs to craft compelling communication.
• Bring hands-on experience with brands knowing the lingo, the legacy, and what makes the brand tick.
• Write clear, engaging, and effective copy across digital platforms from social media to integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to build standout creative work.
• Present ideas with clarity and conviction - internally and to clients.
• Ensure your copy is always on point - grammatically, strategically, and creatively.
• Stay updated with trends, culture, and digital behaviors to inspire work thats both relevant and refreshing.
• Mentor, guide and develop a team of writers, helping raise the creative bar across the board.

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio that includes work on beauty, skincare, F&B and other brands.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, formats, and storytelling for social.
• Strong command over language, attention to detail, and an instinct for what works.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
• Hunger to work on proactive award award-winning campaigns
