Copilot Solution Architect

Leads the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilotsetting technical direction, ensuring secure and compliant design, and aligning implementation with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Define target architecture for Copilot within the Microsoft 365 landscape, including integrations and data pathways.
• Establish identity, access, and security posture using Entra ID, Purview, and Defender controls.
• Create governance guardrails (policies, standards, operating model) to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive deployment approach, including tenant readiness, Graph connectors, and content preparation (e.g., Syntex).
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teamsreviewing designs, resolving risks, and guiding best practices.

Skills & Background

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Copilot Admin Center, and relevant Azure services.
• Solid expertise in security/compliance/data governance (Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, access controls).
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade architectures and technical roadmaps.
