Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop and configure solutions using Copilot Studio to enhance user productivity.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support on M365 tools and automation platforms.
- Monitor and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability.
- Maintain documentation for automation processes and solution designs.
- Stay updated with evolving features in Copilot Studio, M365, and Power Platform.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related services.
- Experience developing solutions using Copilot Studio (Microsoft).
- Knowledge of SharePoint integration and collaboration features.
- Understanding of automation best practices and governance principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance.
