- Setup and Configuration of M365 Copilot environments
- Automation for capturing business interest and allocation of licenses, its tracking
- Enable Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insight for reporting
- Conducting security and compliance checks and documentation
- Continuous evaluation of new Copilot features
- Automation of license allocation and monitoring
- Enabling and testing new features
- Feedback collection and analysis
- Documentation of engineering processes
- Continuous improvement of product processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Working with Microsoft for feature integration
