This role offers hands-on exposure to education operations and the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between tutors, students, and internal teams for smooth daily operations
. Conduct quality checks on classes and learning processes
. Collect, manage, and analyze parent feedback . Communicate with parents to address basic queries and concerns
Maintain reports, records, and follow-ups
Support process improvement initiatives

Who Can Apply .Freshers
.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, MS office etc. Interest in education, operations, or customer success What You'l GetReal-world experience in education operations
