McDonalds is seeking a Coordinator, Accounting Operations based in India to support lease income activities across various regions. This entry-level role is part of the Market Finance team and focuses on maintaining accurate lease income records and assisting with financial reporting tasks, reporting to Specialist, Accounting Operations. The coordinator will work closely with internal systems and teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing of lease-related transactions.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with updating lease income data in the TRIRIGA system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Help generate basic reports and summaries related to lease income for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of general ledger (GL) accounts for lease receivables.
  • Assist in preparing revenue forecasts and reconciling Franchisee income data.
  • Process routine lease income transactions, including scheduling and confirming receipts.
  • Maintain documentation and follow established procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is sufficient; certification not required (e.g., CPA not expected)
  • No previous experience required
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems or databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced financial environment.
