Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Co-founder & COO with Investment responsibilities located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some work from home flexibility. The Co-founder & COO will oversee daily business operations, including optimizing processes, managing finances, and driving business growth. They will lead sales and marketing initiatives, build partnerships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with the organization's vision. Additionally, the role includes contributing to strategic planning, monitoring key metrics, and helping secure necessary investments to scale operations. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in fostering innovation and implementing data-driven decisions to refine the company's AI-powered healthcare solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for strategic planning, data interpretation, and operational efficiency
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and partners
• Proven Sales and Marketing expertise, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
• Experience in Research to support market analysis and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions
• Proven leadership and management abilities to oversee and guide a multidisciplinary team
• Background in healthcare, technology, or AI-related industries is highly desirable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Financial acumen and ability to identify and secure strategic investment opportunities

Youll co-lead day to day operations, patient experience, and fundraising. Post-fundraise, the leadership moves to market-linked salaries.

What You'll Lead:

• Nationwide expansion of HAI Suitcase Clinics across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities
• Scaling clinic operations, doorstep care, and AI-enabled health services
• Building and optimising COGS, pricing, margins, and unit economics
• Setting up city operations, hubs, medical teams, and service protocols
• Driving cross-functional execution for new speciality launches
• Streamlining technology + operations with our AI Health Assistant (HAI)
• Spearheading fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships alongside the CEO
• Building and leading a high-performance operations, clinical, and business team

Who You Are?

• Operator with strong experience in Healthcare / Health-Tech / Clinics / Home Healthcare
• Deep understanding of operational scale-up, P&L ownership, and multi-city expansion
• Ability to invest capital + sweat for meaningful long-term ownership
• Obsessed with building scalable healthcare models and solving real India problems
• Hunger for building from 0 1 10, with strong execution discipline
• Preferably ex-founder / ex-COO / IIM/ISB, or an exceptional operator with proven scale experience
