- Create their own hypotheses using analytics and user behaviour insight
- Implement changes themselves (primarily in WordPress, and sometimes other CMS platforms)
- Run experiments and iterate based on results.

- Plan and run A/B tests and split tests, including setup, QA, and analysis
- Document learnings and roll wins into always-on improvements
- Analysis and user behaviour insight
- Use GA4 and other analytics sources to spot drop-offs, friction points, and high-intent journeys
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, and on-page surveys to understand visitor behaviour
- Audit landing pages and funnels and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Hands-on implementation (core requirement)
- Implement CRO changes directly in WordPress (and occasionally Shopify or other CMS)
- Make front-end changes using HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript when needed
- Work with tracking and experimentation scripts and ensure clean measurement

- Collaboration and communication
- Communicate clearly with UK stakeholders and clients, including rationale and expected outcomes
- Translate data into simple recommendations that non-technical teams can act on
- Coordinate with Design/Dev for changes that require deeper build work.
Qualifications

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of user journeys, funnels, and conversion drivers
- Confident forming hypotheses and prioritising experiments
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation workflows
- Comfortable analysing results and making decisions from imperfect data
Preferred Skills

- Basic JavaScript ability for light UI tweaks and testing/tracking support
- Able to QA changes across devices and browsers before pushing live
- Copywriting awareness (headlines, CTAs, clarity, objection handling)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to present insights and actions clearly to UK-based stakeholders
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
Benefits include:
- Hybrid working (Bangalore)
- Paid time off
- Training and development support (tools, courses, certifications)
