Role Description

This is a remote role for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize website and product conversion rates. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting and analyzing web analytics data, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the digital user experience. The specialist will also develop actionable recommendations and regularly report on CRO performance and impact.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Conversion Optimization and Data Conversion strategies to maximize website performance
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting data-driven recommendations
• Experience or knowledge in user testing, A/B testing frameworks, and optimization tools
• Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, or statistical analysis software
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in UX/UI principles or working with digital product teams is a plus
