Purpose of the Role

An analytical and creative CRO Specialist who owns the experimentation and optimization roadmap for our digital native clients. He/she will be responsible for identifying funnel inefficiencies, crafting hypotheses, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, analysing outcomes, and driving actionable insights that improve conversion rates, user experience, and revenue performance.

This role bridges data analytics, UX insights, and marketing strategy perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation and measurable impact.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own and manage the CRO experimentation roadmap across client websites to consistently improve conversion rates.
  • Analyse user journeys, browsing funnels, and behavioural data to identify drop-offs and performance setbacks.
  • Conduct Multiple tests on Website, landing Pages, creatives, video & content to identify bottleneck and produce winners.
  • Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to uncover user insights and friction points.
  • Build hypotheses backed by data and design A/B and multivariate tests using industry tools (VWO, Optimisely, Convert.com, or AB Tasty or any other CRO tool).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement test ideas and post-test improvements.
  • Track, Analyse, and report performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, bounce rate, funnel progression, Page Scrolls etc.
  • Document learnings, build a testing backlog, and contribute to best practices in CRO across the organization.
  • Stay updated on CRO trends, psychological triggers, and emerging tools that enhance online experiences.



Essential Skills, Qualification and Experience

  • Min. bachelors degree in Technical Field (BSc, B.Tech or any other relevant field) + Google Certifications in GA 4 by google + Certification in any of a CRO tool.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, experimentation, or website performance improvement, ideally in a Lead generation setup.
  • Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistical testing methods, sample size calculation, and significance analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Google ads, SEO, Meta Ads and Affiliate Campaigns and Programmatic advertising.


Hands-on experience with:

  • A/B & Multivariate Testing Tools: VWO, Optimisely, Convert.com, AB Tasty or any other CRO tool.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Behaviour Analysis: Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, Full Story
  • Reporting: Looker Studio, Power point, Excel
  • Strong grasp of UX principles and persuasive design to identify usability and friction points.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Basic technical awareness of HTML/CSS and website tagging will be a plus.
  • A mindset that is data-driven, detail-oriented, and curious with a passion for measurable improvement.

  • Experience with personalization tools like Dynamic Yield, Nosto, or Segment.
  • Familiarity with CRO plug-ins for Shopify, WordPress, magneto or Adobe Commerce.
  • Interest in UX writing, neuromarketing, or behavioural psychology.
  • Worked for any Law or legal client in the lead generation space.

  • Integration with Ad platforms, CRO tools, GA4 and Looker studio.
  • Reporting & resolving bottlenecks in Lead Gen Funnel.
  • Data presentation skills with PPT, excel and looker studio on weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual Basis.
  • End to end accountability of improving Lead quantum, quality, user experience and Website Form submissions.
  • Creative, Content and Website Insights to boost conversion rates.
