Conversational AI Engineer

About Position:

We are hiring a Conversational AI Engineer / Senior Conversational AI Engineer with Dialogflow CX/ES, Google ADK, Python, and GCP.You will play a key role in designing multi agent conversational systems, building Python-based fulfillments, and deploying scalable workloads on Google Cloud.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build conversational flows, intents, entities, and context/state handling using Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Develop multiagent workflows and tool integrations using Google ADK for enterprise conversational automation.
• Optimize NLU/NLP models, fallback strategies, and error-handling for voice and chat channels.
• Develop highquality Python services for webhook fulfillment and enterprise integrations using FastAPI/Flask.
• Implement REST/gRPC APIs, middleware logic, and secure application workflows.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and reliable deployment pipelines.
• Deploy and operate workloads on Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Logging/Monitoring, IAM.
• Implement observability (metrics, logs, tracing) and production reliability standards.
• Integrate with Agent Assist, CCAI Insights, and backend systems.
• Work with telephony stacks like Genesys, Twilio, NICE CXone when required.
• Work crossfunctionally with Product, UX, QA & Business teams.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical documentation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in Python backend development (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Handson experience in Dialogflow CX/ES building and optimization.
• Experience using Google ADK for agent-based workflows (primary skill requirement in current market roles).
• Solid GCP knowledge Cloud Run/Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, IAM, Logging.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, cloud-native patterns, and secure service development.
• Experience with Vertex AI Search, Agent Builder, or Generative AI App Builder.
• Exposure in building or integrating LLM-based conversational agents in production.
