| - Experience as Solution Architect in designing Conversational AI solutions and deploying in Azure Cloud Environment - Experience with building Chatbots, Voicebots and Emailbots using technologies like MS Bot Framework, Dialogflow ES/CX, IBM Watson, AudioCodes, Twilio, Genesys, Chime. - Full stack development experience with high proficiency in languages like JavaScript & Python with experience in front-end frameworks like React & Angular and back-end technologies like NodeJS & Flask. - Deep understanding of NLP concepts like intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management, including services like Azure Cognitive Services. - Hands-on experience of using Azure Calculator and in-depth knowledge of Azure Services - Experience in HLD, LLD, Architecture & Security Design - Understanding and experience of working in Agile Methodology - Knowledge and experience of using REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs, other APIs for ITSM and Contact Centre applications - True sense of ownership - | |
