Control-M Scheduling and Administration (L3)Control-M Environment Management:Migration of jobs from any scheduler to Control-M/Helix.Upgrade of Control-M versions.Having knowledge in PYTHON.Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M environment, including Control-M/Server, Control-M/Enterprise Manager, Control-M Agents, and related components.Monitor the Control-M infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.Apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes to keep the Control-M environment up to date and secure.Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for the Control-M environment.Job Scheduling and Workflow Management:Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to define and implement job scheduling requirements.Create and maintain job definitions, calendars, and scheduling conditions in Control-M to meet operational needs.Monitor job execution and troubleshoot issues related to job failures, dependencies, and resource allocation.Optimize workflows and job dependencies to improve efficiency and meet SLAs.Incident Management and Troubleshooting:Respond to and resolve Control-M-related incidents, working closely with support teams and vendors when necessary.Perform root cause analysis for incidents, identify recurring issues, and implement long-term solutions.Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders on Control-M administration and troubleshooting.Documentation and Training:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Control-M configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders on Control-M functionality and usage.
