Eligibility:

Deputy Controller of Examination

• Postgraduate degree with 810 years of experience in examination or academic administration.
• The candidates must have experience of working in the relevant field in a University .
• Proficiency in MS Office and examination management software preferred.

Assistant Controller of Examination

• Postgraduate degree with 57 years of relevant experience in examination or university administration.
• The candidates must have experience of working in the relevant field in a University .
• Good computer and communication skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage examination activities, result processing, and record maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to university policies and timelines.
• Coordinate with departments and staff for efficient exam operations.
• Assist in exam scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in examination records.
• Liaise with departments for smooth conduct of exams.
