Role Control-M administrator – L2/L3 

Required Skill Set Control-M 

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 

Must-Have 

In depth understanding of Control-M architecture & components. 

Proficiency in Install and Configuration of Control-M components. 

Proficiency in scheduling the Control-M jobs in distributed environment. Ability to create, modify calendars based on customer requirements. 

Good knowledge in creating / updating connection profiles for various application plugins. 

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve job failures related issue, control-m component related issues. 

Proficiency in monitoring the job execution and handling the job operations like rerun, mark ok, order the job. 

In depth understanding on Control-M NDP, Userdaily, Timezone jobs, Alert mechanism, and Job notifications. 

Good knowledge in APIs, Application Integrator usage for Control-M 

Handson experience in Unix and windows operating system. 

Basic knowledge in any scripting language. 

Good understanding on ITIL process, Change, Incident & Problem management process. 

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills 

Should be able work in 24*7 environment
