Role: Control M developer

Experience Range: 5 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

candidates should come to office for Walk in Drive(Face to face Interview)

Weekend Walk-in Drive: 20 December 2025(Saturday)

Timing: 10AM to 1PM

Must-Have:

1. Working knowledge of Control-M architecture (Server, EM, Agent, Gateway, Database).
2. Experience with Control-M Quantitative Resources and workload balancing.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting Control-M job failures and log analysis.
4. Familiarity with batch automation processes and standards.
5. Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows, and scripting (Shell/Batch scripting)
6. Good understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP).
7. Implement and manage Control-M Quantitative Resources and ensure efficient workload distribution
8. Strong hands-on experience in Control-M job creation (FTP, AFT, OS)
9. Perform daily Control-M administration including user management, calendar maintenance, and job scheduling.
10. Support Control-M migration, upgrades, and patching activities
11. Experience with Control-M for Cloud, APIs, or Workload Change Manager (WCM)
12. Familiarity with database job integrations (Oracle, SQL Server).
13. Certification in Control-M or Workload Automation tools preferred.
